I'm sure these slotcar motors will work in a slow flyer application.The gears are readily available and inexpensive.I use the gearing and bearings and axles in some 280 motor things and even up to 540 motor things.
The motors with 29 winds should be fine but watch out for a 26-24 wind ...the batteries will not last very long
Many old motors hung around since the 60's that will be usable and are easy to rewind to get a good combination.
