Mile High R/C Winners Model 49" EPP Yak 55m Build Thread

For the last 2 years I have been flying the 37.5" EPP Extra that Mile High R/C sells. I really enjoy flying it and it's very durable. I saw that they had a 49 1/2" Yak 55m in stock from the same company (WM Aerobatics), so I ordered one. The price is good at $98.00 plus shipping. It arrived in great condition.
Here's a link to the plane. http://www.milehighrc.com/EPP_Yak55M.html

First step is attaching the control horns. I put a small drop of CA on the backplates.

Thanks Troy for creating this thread.

There should be also Winner's Model before the name of the plane in the title of the thread.

Here is a flying video:

The hinges are already glued on one side, apply CA on the other side of the hinge and then install. The control horn does not go completely through the aileron so the backplate is not used on the ailerons.

Install the horizontal stab in the fuselage. Make sure that it's centered in the slot and square to the wing. You can use CA or Welders contact cement to glue it in place.

Slice the rudder post with a hobby knife and slide the elevator in place. Glue the hinges with CA.
