landing gear or not on formosa

hello every one,
i was wondering if you fly the formosa with the landing gears or not. today i was flying my formosa with lg and upon landing it caught the grass and nose over and broke prop. so i decided to put on another prop and fly it with out lg. when landed without lg it still broke a prop. so i don't know what to do. i broke a total of 3 props in three flights. now that is not right. this is hobby can get expensive if i break a prop everytime i land. any suggestions. thanks for listening.

I didn't bother with tht LG as it only adds weight and
drag since for now I'm using the stock motor. I just
slide 'er in on da belly. Haven't broke a prop so far landing
in grass. Always kill the throttle about a foot off the ground
and flare in.

Hello. bent my landing gear slightly forward so my CG is further back when she is on her wheels. This helps reduce nose-overs. The bend I used was about half way down the landing gear wire. Makes it look a little cooler too.

I like to ROG and with the brushless roll out is anly a few feet. But since I prefer to land on hard surface LG is a must. I too bent the gear forward and have had few noseovers even in grass!
