I tell you what....... I need a bigger house if all these nice models keep being released.

Very nice but I will have to wait until I have some room.

Looks good, but difficult to tell how it really flies with all that slow-mo footage in there. Also it seems a little strange this is HK rather than Durafly branded and 1200mm not 1100mm. I guess it can't be FMS manufactured...

I would be all over this thing if the landing gear didn't look so bad.

Agreed. The short landing gears take away from the elegance of the butcher bird. They should delete the "Scale Design" claim off the video.

I personally don't think the gear looks bad, but I am not a warbird connoisseur.

Fly with the gear up and you can't see it...belly land if you really can't stand the look. I suppose that isn't scale though either....the belly landing that is.

Why? I don't know about you but I don't tend to fly wheels down! In every other respect, it's a nice scale representation for the price....I think we are justified in leaving that claim in the vid.

I tend to agree, and I would be happy to take shorter landing gear knowing that it is a bit stronger than a scale setup. There have been lots of reports about other more scale looking landing gear on 190s failing, so I would take durability over true scale looks. Just my 2c.

I think people are just frustrated that there are now about 3 ~1100mm EPO FW-190A models to choose from, and none of them are scale, when they all easily could have been.

Let's all be honest, and agree that this plane is not as scale as HK's more recent Durafly warbirds (and to be fair, point out that it's not marketed as part of the Durafly line, either).

I just hope this plane doesn't mean that a fully scale Durafly version is out of the question at some point.
