When is the Walkera UFO Y6 Scorpion to be released?

Does anyone here know when the Walkera UFO Y6 Scorpion and the Y8 Octocoptor is released for purchase?

So what is the point of redundancy on something that will not and can not carry anything that's even remotely valuable? Also, eww, brushed motors!

I've placed an order for the Scorpion BNF.

The price is US$113.00.

Any reviews on this little Y6 yet? This thing looks like a lot of fun to fly around in my room. So small! Any other Y6's out there that are this small?

Tricopter or Hexacopter

The scorpion is tricopter or hexacopter?

IMHO, tricopter.

The type should be determined by the geometry and the number of thrust, not the number of rotor.

tricopter=three arms/ three thrusts: Y4 four rotor, Y6 six rotor.
quadcopter=four arms/ four thrusts: X4 or +4, four rotor or eight rotor.
hexacopter=six arms/ six thrusts: six rotor or twelve rotor.
octocopter=eight arms/ eight thrusts: eight rotor or sixteen rotor.

Please correct if I am wrong.

Does anyone own an mqx and this? I'm wondering how it compares. Very happy with how the mqx turned out and want to see if anyone can provide any feedback.

There are a few on eBay that are sold as rtf packages with a Devo 7. Anything wrong with the Devo 7 compared to the other devos that are on the market, other than the display and it being an older model?

Any feedback would be awesome,

Happy flying!

What about the Ladybird, a must have buy, also nothing wrong with the mx400 quad either, great frame, very good storage case, can get everything inside it.

I have both.
If I choose one, Y6 Scorpion.
Although mQX or QR Ladybird hover well, it is a bit too hard to keep orientation once you try FFF.

If HH releases Blade mYX, I wish to get one

As far as flight characteristics, does one out preform the other? Which is faster with FFF?
