Thanks everyone! There's alot of info in the last few posts that should be very helpful. According to the post office tracking system, I'll be getting my V1 today, can't wait to try some of these suggestions out.
----edit----
Moved info to V1 thread.

I'm the only vendor that will be selling these. I have word that the container has arrived in the US and will be unloaded for shipping soon.

thinkgeek.com is the best deal for these in the U.S.

Just ordered my v2.0 from thinkgeek.com and it is being delivered Wednesday! After looking at all the U.S. vendors for these (Costco, Amazon, rcflyingbird.com, etc...the best deal I found was through the Virginia-based company thinkgeek.com. $99.00 with free shipping! Can't wait to get it this week to see if it flies any differently to the I-Fly Vamp that I have been flying for a few years now...will update with the comparison once I'm able to test it out!

How to adjust the tail?

I guess I'm just to scared to pull/push or lift/lower on the tail for fear of breaking it...but I can't seem to figure out exactly how to raise and lower the tail? Can someone give me a little helpful instruction? I havsnapsve damage in my eyes and can not see very close up little things so I'm scared I'm going to break the tail

Arrg! Why did I not think of this before posting that question...I just realized I could take a picture of it and then zoom in close, so I just did and see now that you must just lift up and down on the tail and maybe it snaps into each increment...

After flying my new Avitron v2.0 for quite a long time yesterday evening, I have to say that I had more fun and joy flying it all evening than I even used to have in the past with my old Cybird P1, and definitely more fun than my I-Fly Vamp. What a great little flapper the v2.0 is!! Kudos to it's creator and thanks to him for an awesome evening of flying yesterday and many more to come!!

Hi guys after reading up a little on these great machines (ornithopters in general) i think i want one of these Avitron V2's. I am seeing its spectrum spread technology. Does this mean it will bind with my Spektrum dx6i ? Also how do the controls work in relation to which mode. I am used to using mode 2.
Thanks for any replies.

Unfortunately, you can not bind these to Spektrum transmitters...although some awesome technology went into this one, I only consider it just a toy, not a hobby grade ornithopter...but I do love it and it is a blast to fly!!
