It's the Police Who Should be Disarmed

No comments necessary about this story. It stands on it's own for the pathetically frantic anti-gun people to consider:

If true, hang 'em.

Eventually we'll need to get tough on gun crime. There's more than enough laws in place but seems there is little consequence for carrying an ILLEGAL gun. People should be shaking in there boots if they have one on them. Doesn't make sense to me.

FWIW, They were honored instead of being hanged.

My son was traveling out of state when he was stopped by a police officer, who did not have jurisdiction, for no reason. My son showed him his concealed carry permit, and told him that he would defend himself from harassment. The officer went away and that was that.

How is it that a gun somehow becomes 'illegal?'

On a related note, I didn't renew my Costco membership this year......

I joined Costco for the first time this year.

I guess I didn't mean the gun itself. I have NO problem with the right to keep and bear arms. As long as THAT's done legally.

So, the gun itself isn't illegal.

How is it thus possible to OWN one illegally?

The lesson to be learned here is if you have a permit and carry concealed, keep it concealed. And don't be confrontational. This guy apparently got into a shouting match with a store employee, not a good idea. Not saying the cops did the right thing but situations like this MUST be avoided at ALL cost.

This is old news. You should pull up some of LV metro's latest killings.

Having run ins with lv metro a couple times, I can tell you they are the most difficult people to deal with. They treat everyone like a scum bag, have no sense of reason, and carry their personal problems on the job. I wouldn't trust them with my life.

Why? You made a statement about illegal guns. Then you shifted that to only legally. Well?

You seem to have a predisposition to believe that gun ownership in and of itself isn't legal.

Now that's funny!
Don't forget to take your high blood pressure medicine buddy.

On topic ... Maybe the guy should have left the store when asked.... but somehow that concealed weapon makes people think they are above the law.

I cant even imagine how many guns these cops have seen. I have little doubt the cop has good reason to be uptight. Clearly the cop was in the wrong . Thats part of the problem with guns. The situation gets out of hand quick.
