Hobbyking F-30A - Simonk firmware - Problems

Hey all,

Just flashed my hobbyking esc's with simonk firmware.
Calibrated the escs the manual way.

My problem when i try to arm my quadcopter via the DJI naza controller, they randomly start up. 2 motors might start up, maybe 1, maybe 4, maybe 2 different ones from the first two. Its random.

If one doesnt start, it has a loud tone/humm/esc noise.

Any idea what this could be? Bad flash? problems with the actual esc?

1 in 10 times they might all start and all spin fine. 2 seconds later, try to restart them, they randomly start.

I need help!!

Thanks heaps

An update on the same problem..

It seems to be purely just the power required to turn the motors. As in
Sometimes they start, sometimes they dont, but it i give them a good spin they run fine, Just seems to be like the esc or something needs a fraction more kick to get the prop spinning and it would be fine
