If you run a brushless, most do who I know personally at the tracks and via phone, then a shim is required. The shim makes it easy for a driver to upgrade from stock to mod in minutes..... Of course less the esc change over... Even then a simple velcro stip under both esc's can also make changing the esc a sinch!

Thats Right!
Never thought about using velcro I mean changing the esc back and forth always held me back from doing both classes. The motors are nothing to remove.

I opened up my motor pod and didn't see a shim. Looks like they used a wire wrap as Todd called it. The motors in tight but I think Im going with the shim. Anyone have a picture of one? Todd didn't.

I see what they are now. I was wondering. I've never had my motor out to see how its installed. Can I put it on myself or do you guys at TERC do it for us?

Its easy AL. All you need to do is undo your motor cap, slide the motor out, take the wrap off, then slide the sleave on the motor, push the motor back in and your done! Simple as that but keep in mind, Nobody will eve see it so its something you don't have to have unless you just want one...... Thats all LOL... I don't even have one yet ROLF!

No yet but It won't take no time at all to get them and send them out. Have you placed an order Brian? I don't remember seeing one for you two.

I hear you bro about getting things going. We're down south of you Full Pull. I'll see who wants them here and place a order for my drivers.
