Are flaps and ailerons included in wing loading calcs?

Hi guys,
This may be a silly question but are the ailerons and flaps included when talking about wing loading? And lastly, what about the nacelles? Do I need to subtract the nacelles out since they are rounded and don't appear to help flight characteristics?

Yes, control surfaces are calculated and nacelles all depend on the nacelle. Some nacelles are lifting surfaces and are calculated.

How about these nacelles? Should I subtract for those? (B-25)

Generally wing area used for calculating wing loading is simply the wingspan times the mean aerodynamic chord (MAC). The areas of the wing covered by the fuselage and any nacelles are ignored (not subtracted out), as are any fuselage or nacelle areas that extend beyond the wing boundaries. Those ignored areas will have some effect, but it will be minimal.
