I don't see the big deal There are plenty of "Electric only" events. This is a Warbirds & Classic event which includes sound not the whirring of electric motors.
The event is worth the trip just to see the 20' span Constellation fly with it's 4 gassers

I have 3 of my own electrics including a 72" C47

Steve, It was great to meet you today.

It was a little windy, but models were in the air all day.

As usual, the CARDS put on an excellent event. Hope to see you next year.
