Awesome guys! Looking forward to flying with you.

There are some Westerly winds forecast for next week, we may end up heading to Tekapo on the Wednesday, Asto.... Watching forecast.

Mt John's live feed has been stuck since the 23rd, but hopefully we can read it right.

Yes, very good question! I think Andrew's ramblings are going to be terribly missed.

I'm just an attention seeker so I'm only refusing to go so I can hear you guys making these nice comments about my reports. The strategy seems to be working.

Maybe they should send you the video. Then you can do all the hard work editing, and adding your dulcet voiceover in best David Rabbitburrow style.

Try a hot iron to melt the edges together. No tape needed. Use a straight edge and baking paper or foil to stop the iron sticking.

What a great place the forums are.
I didn't know about that. I have tried with a soldering iron which didn't work too well.
I just went out and tried this stuff ( flooring underlay ). With a covering iron it works great, it melts the foam but not the foil.
I had asked my wife to saw them. Now since I have seen this I will not have to bother her anymore.

I use flooring underlay but I sew them together. Your method looks much easier. I will give it a go.

Team Wellington / Manawatu (the home of the infamous AFP60) will be down on Friday 7th. Taking the early ferry now so might even sneak in a quick fly in the evening.
