Elogger V4, driver install not successful on Window &7

This is my new installion of OSD Pro, E-logger V4 and GPS V4. I downloaded and installed the Version 10.04, then followed the wizard to connect the Elogger V4 to the Window 7, (The OSD Pro, EloggerV4 and GPS V4 were connected together correctly), once the USB was plug, the USB driver installation started, but USB driver installation was not successful, and therefore the Version 10.04 program couldn't detect these 3 components being connected to the computer. I had tried reboot computer, change usb cables and tried on 3 different computers all with Window 7, but the results were all the same.

What can I do to resolve this problem?

HI, sorry to hear about the issue. if you disconnect the OSD Pro and other accessories from the eLogger, is the eLogger recognized by USB then?

If not, please see these USB troubleshooting steps.

Hello,

It should not be required but there may be an issue with certain USB power handling capabilities. It won't hurt to try having it connected.

When my PC is trying to install driver (for my elogger V4, that has been never been connected to my pc) it is reading as an elogger v3. What does this mean?

Hello,

The v4 eLoggers are recognized as a v3 but this is only in relation to the driver and does not effect the performance or features available with a v4 eLogger.

Hi everyone. I fly Bixler (at basic level of FPV) but I also race 1/8th scale Nitro Buggy. I am pretty serious about the RC Car Racing. I Want to buy a Data logger, preferably one that I can change between my cars and planes, but primarily for RC Car (Plane for novelty). Live telemetry is rather useless to me as I need to focus on my driving and cant be looking and telemetry while driving. Data logging on the other hand seems extremely useful to me for review post race/practice. My Question is will the V4 be tough enough to take some of the violence off road buggy racing often dishes out? Thank you
