Seaking 180?

The extra cap bank, would it be ok to zip tie it like this

I'd hate to leave it flopping around or sticking it on the hull and it getting wet.

This is going on a blackjack 26, looking to place it in front of the motor.

Yeah, that's fine, just don't zip tie it super tight as you could damage the caps (you shouldn't be able to tighten that much without breaking the zip tie.
You can also hot glue them, the glue won't be hot enough (unless you have a really hot glue gun) to damage the capacitors.

I used a strip and lay it above the cooler rips. Its hollow so the strip can go through there... It works very well for me.
