New shade canopy for my work area.

Part 1: My existing canopy got pretzeled by high winds. It got destroyed.

Part 2: I decided to make a huge shade canopy out of 1" PVC pipe. It held up to 30 mph winds, but not to the weight of rain water collecting on the top. It got destroyed.

Part 3: I ordered a Coleman pop-up from Walmart. It's huge, 12' x 12' and it cost less than the materials I bought to make the PVC shade frame!

I hope this one will last awhile.

Forgot to update this.

The Coleman shade canopy collapsed in the first wind it was subjected too. Turns out, lots of people who bought it have said the same thing about theirs. It collapses in light wind. It is made out of very thin tubing and is too weak. Coleman should not have their name on it.

I took it back to the store and got a refund.
