Searchlight

I finished turning the rear body for the searchlight. I turned it out of polystyrene rod. If anyone needs a piece of 3/8" polystyrene rod let me know.

Hi gravman.
Your determination to achieve the details you are putting into your PT are truly impressive. I bought a 60 inch--1/16 scale--PT 596 a while back which has many truly fantastic details and some that I would like to change. After reading your thread, there are now many that I would like to change. I will print many pictures and pages from your post if you don't mind as instructions for my changes. The boat I bought is a double planked hull just like the real ones were built. Many details were nicely done, but you are an inspiration to do more. I don't even hope to achieve you level of quality and detail, but your thread is really fun to follow. Congratulations on your amazing work
Dick.

Thanks very much guys for the kind words. At this point I am not going to add lighting to this boat. I may reconsider this, but for now I'm just going to go with I have. Dick, feel free to use whatever you need for your boat. I'm glad you like what I have done.
