Why is it so many customers are having problems?

Why is it so many customers are having problems? and the majority are treated rotten from hobbypartz?

It sure looks like alot of the members that are being treated bad have been members here for a long time and the reps that are treating buyers bad have only been here a short time?

Also It would be real nice to stop seeing customers treated bad and blameing them when the Item they purchased was defective, That is not right.

It sure seems like customer service has been forgotten with hobbypartz.

I miss the days when American owned and operated companies #1 rule was customer service.

i see the problem... you're confused. hobbypartz and the other 3 affilliated stores are not american owned or american operated. if they were maybe the c/service would be more like progressive rc or headsup rc or rcplanebuilders or rcdude hobbies or innov8tive designs (scorpion) or blah blah blah blahblahblah... sorry.
