Sorry for your loss, but really, how do you know the screws were missing? They may have vibrated out. If you saw they were missing before you started driving, and he told you that it would be okay, I could see your cause for anger.

Otherwise, you should inspect between each battery for such things.

I haven't done RC motorcycle yet, but I do have a couple of electric off road vehicles. You have to loctite the metal to metal, and inspect. Off road use of RC is very tough on the vehicles.

Indeed, I once had a Kyosho nitro suburua, and the motor vibrated so much one of the screws came out, and the tranny gears stripped. That was *my* fault, even though this part of the vehicle was assembled in the box.

true they coulda vibrated out - the clipping are tough on the bike
