SEFF Cookbook

The food at SEFF is world famous and I hear people say all the time that there should be a SEFF cookbook. This is an attempt to make that happen. So, start posting your favorite SEFF recipes!

Please include the name of the recipe.

I forgot who made this, but they were nice enough to leave copies of the recipe.

Tomato Casserole

- 3 Cans of diced tomatoes - drained
- Spread into a 9x13 casserole dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper

- Mix:
-- 1 Cup of Mayo
-- 1 Cup of Cottage Cheese
-- 3/4 Cup of grated Parmesan cheese (not powdered)
Spread mixture over tomatoes

- Crush 1 Stack of Ritz Crackers and add:
--1 Tbsp Parsley
--1 Tbsp Basil
--1 melted stick of butter
Mix all together and crumble over the top.

Bake 40-45 min @ 350

Simmer cabernet for 1 hour with steak mushrooms. Reduced to about half of the original liquid. Saute chopped vidalia and green preppers for about 8 minutes. Add Yahs Best Seasoning (Enough for your own taste). Add venison sausage and cook until done. Pour in ragu spagetti sauce. Simmer for two or more hours.
