just to be clear the castle 10amp bec is 7.5amp continuous 10amp burst when hooked up to4s or less cells, on 6s voltage its 5amps

I have the same issue. The servo arm donot touch the slot ends but at full flaps I have lot of chatter from both servos, my full flap is 25mm with 130% atv. I am using Hs81mg.

Should I put longer servo arms..?

I think the geometry of the flap horn and servo arm.

Any Recommendations.?

The manual listed 13mm for distance of control horn hole to center of flap servo.
Thats what I used.
Set your radio to full flaps down postion, then reposition the servo horn on the servo to the best angle that gets max travel without binding. Then adjust rod to get 30mm down flap.
Hope this helps...

PS, I did have to elongate one slot slightly (1/8)to prevent binding.
In my neck of the woods, HS81s are known to buzz alot, their centering is not the greatest but it's only an annoyance not a problem and the price is right!

I'll second that- all the HiTec HS 80 series MG servos are buzzers. You get used to it after awhile.

Thanks, I didn't have the actual numbers at my fingertips but it's good to know the actual amps! I was just ensuring that no one tried to run it above 6 cells because that would be bad . At 5A then, for both the F-4 and Habu, it's probably not a great idea; even at 6S . So short version, use only the CC BEC Pro .

My 3rd F-4 is coming tomorrow. Just need the wings to finish my second I got from James.
Since I did some number test with my TJ80 and notice the stock exit exhaust is way over 120% FSA. I goes tune it down correct FSA exhaust to bring the efflux velocity back up. Once got right size. I goes to flash the stock exhaust to made the plug for TJ80 set up.

Update of mod ducting to choke down the exhaust tube.
I use mixing cup to make the choke down nozzle.

I use the mylar to connect the fan to the bifurcated exhaust. The stock exhaust it had too much choke down right after the fan. That work work with 36mm-39mm motor housing.

The stock esc is only a 5amp BEC, so why would you have to move up to aBEC PRO? I'm only going to use 6s.

Remaidened w/ 6S, had some weird control problems. it wanted to turn right pretty hard right after liftoff then it flew straight with no trim needed.
Did a tighter turn and it went straight up into a stall but I got it straightened out, Decided to land, put the gear down and flew a big circle to a nice landing. Looked it over, nothing loose, cg 6 1/4, can't see anything wrong so went for 2nd flight.
2nd flight 7S cg 6 1/8, nice power increase, airborne quickly, again it wanted to turn right then flew straight. Went for a tight turn to do a speed pass and it again went straight up into a stall. This time it did not recover....
