WOW !!!! This marks an incredible change in ParkZones philosophy. For years the fans of ParkZone planes have been begging PZ to re-introduce established models with upgraded components. PZ always indicated that it would be too costly to change the tooling; it's more cost effective to introduce a new model. This is a MAJOR departure from their previous stance. I can't believe that there aren't more PZ fans jumping up and down from excitement. Presumable the new wing, designed for retracts and flaps, will be available as a replacement part and will match up to the old Corsair.
My Corsair is still all original and must be around six years old by now. It's showing quite a bit of wear, so I might just buy a complete replacement air frame when the "new" one comes out this summer. I'm guessing this will be a test case for PZ. If the "new" flap and retract ready Corsair sells well, there will be upgrades of others down the line. Can the Trojan, Mustang, Wildcat and BF-109 be far behind? |

Flaps and retracts
Will these upgrades be available so that we can just purchase a new wing and add it to our current Corsair? If so I'm on it, I'm tired of having to rebend my current fixed landing gear every few flights due to the rough landing area at our field and I don't want my Corsair to be a belly lander. Inquiring minds want to know

For me, as a new flyer, I really like the PZ products. I have beat my T-28 pretty good and it keeps on ticking. A friend bought the Dynam with all the bells and whistles, broke the nose gear on the second flight and is having great difficulty trying to get a replacement part. I have the PZ Spit in the box with retracts for when I feel ready. I will probably take a real good look at this new Corsair. Just my 2 cents......
