You won't get a refund ... just credit, or just accept two planes ... I don't think you will be unhappy having two of these

no i paid for it and paypal paid HK, but HK did not get it. so paypal will not give me a refund as they said it was successful.
in the mean time i ordered another one few hours ago and the order went fine.
so its going to be a blame game with paypal and HK and till one admits problem I'm out of pocket for the first order.

Hold on... I just checked and HK said they received my paypal payment, but paypal never sent it to HK ... I wonder? It was just minutes after the plane went on sale

Just joking.

But here is something to worry about, paypal is NASTY when it comes to blocking cards that are disputed by customers. Paypal will also place restrictions on your paypal account and blocks any further credit card transactions to the disputed business.

I find it best to just use a rewards credit card to make purchases to HK. If the item is damaged, or what ever the problem, I just call up my credit card company, and presto, no questions asked money us returned as long as you can show proof that you mailed the item back to HK.

I have yet to have to do that with HK, but there have been other Asian companies I have had to take measures with.

Make sure to screen capture as much info as you can, and keep ALL correspondence and receipts. You may have to wait 2 - 4 weeks before you can get your money back. File a claim with paypal TODAY! Not a week from now, but TODAY! Escalate it. Explain that two planes were billed but only one was ordered.

When you receive the plane, weigh it before opening it! This way you can prove that only one unit was shipped and not two as you were billed. Take photos with your cell phone or digital camera so you can forward those to paypal as further proof.

Trust me, I know from experience, if you don't get on top of this right away and stay on top of it, it can lead to all kinds of frustration and anger.

I have many EDF's and it takes alot of work to balance them and get them flying sweetly. I've only ever had one fan run smoothly out of the box (Lander). To those who get these things, be sure to balance your fan or you will be wasting power and it will sound horrible. Definitely will not sound like the video. If a kit version is released, I will be all over it with one of my high powered fans. Should be a rocket.

Ozzi SuperCub,
thanks for the pre'-warning about fan blades balancing.
I've never had a EDF before, only prop (pusher and tractor).
I use all my planes for FPV.
.....and I really like flying gliders.

What are the average flight times using a 3s 3300-4000mah(25-40C)
with 'mix' flying styles?
