Too much prop... drop down to 5.5x4.5 or 6x4 at most...all you are doing is bogging down the motor and turning input power (25A-30A?) into heat. That motor is only good for around 150W-200W at most. What RPM are you getting?

I really do not know thw rpm but i tried a 5x5 and it does the same thing as well as a 4.5 x 4.5
is this motor a good match for this plane??

The motor should be fine.

Are your electronics getting air flow? If not, that very well could be your problem.

I have a Easystar which is basically the same plane. I upgraded the system similar to yours. Everything was inside the fuse. The first couple times I flew it everything was very hot. Could not hold my finger on the ESC!

I cut a opening in the front of the canopy and cut an air passageway thru the back of the cockpit area and up and out thru the wing. Now everything stays cool.

As the others have said, a 6x6 prop is to much. I run a 6x4.

Here are some pics that show the openings.
