Agree with others: Nitroplanes showing crappy service
An email I just sent following a phone call from UPS saying "They have launched an investigation":
So, Nitroplanes as well as UPS stand around and point fingers at each other... I'm out $132 dollars or so, and still don't have my plane (the Hawk Sky)...
How many crappy companies are floating around in this industry? I just went through something similiar with a china shipper who couldnt figure out how to mail a skywalker to a US address.
Hey Nitroplanes, get a clue. Take care of your customers or they let other potential customers know about what they ran into
Look, this is ridiculous.
The item was ordered on the third, I still havent received it... from what I
can see you've put very little effort into addressing the matter, and I just
got a phone call from UPS saying they were investigating the matter.
Today is April 16th. It was a $100.00 purchase, and $31.xx of overpriced
shipping for a box that ways about one lb.
Your company should of shipped a replacement item as soon as there was a
problem and then dealt with UPS, not left the customer hanging.

Nothing we can do...
Yeah well there's something I can do....and I plan to tomorrow....
Contact my credit card company and begin chargeback procedings as I have never recieved the merchandise....
I believe ultimately that costs your company additional expenses. You should of taken better care of your customer.
Anyone else who winds up with a similiar situation with nitroplanes: all you have to do is contact your credit card company and file whats known as a 'chargeback' especially when you havent recieved the item.
I am sorry that you feel that way, but there are policies and steps we must take when something like this occurs. Whenever there is a lost package, we must report it to UPS and they have to complete the process on their end. Until UPS has completed their process there is not much that we can do.
