3DHS Osiris 47

Hey all

I have a Osiris by 3dhs, i have installed a Hitec HS-82mg Servo for the rudder and i am using pull pull.

My problem is, when move rudder to one side(using Tx) the rudder moves perfectly to centre, when i go to the other side, it does not centre, i have tried sub trim etc etc (DX7)

Any ideas what issue could be

I did release the tail wheel bracket, but still the rudder does not centre on one side, if i put in sub trim to correct it, it will centre, but then wont centre from other direction,

I have also noticed that the bracket for tail wheel is not quite correct ? the wire is not quite close enough to the pivot point ?? Could this be left off, and i can make a longer bracket out of carbon fibre and just have the pivot point hole further out ??

I am new to these , please forgive me

I think he means when the servo is at true center. Both cables should be snug but nowhere near taught. Off hand, It sounds like you might have one side that is significantly tighter than the other.

If both cables are tight and the tailwheel bracket is not causing any binding then it could easily be the servo itself that is not centering..

I have lots of time on Hs82mg and they are terrible servos when it comes to centering. It wouldnt surprise me at all if it was the servo itself causing the issue.
