Fittting the larger, heavy duty retracts requires modifications. The plane is easy to fly and lands slowly enough, but you need to fly it to the ground under power.

Why don't you make it easy on yourself and buy my P51 with all of the work done for you! Every surface has been rehinged with DuBro pinned hinges. There's nothing for you to do except add your receiver and fly.

I need space for other airplanes and I don't fly this much. Send me a PM if interested.

Anthony

MRC trainer hawk 11

Hey ALL American, I just got my hands on a MRC traner hawk 11. It was never fully assembled and the instructions are missing. Can you be of any help. All this may be futile but I want to give it a go anyway, someone put batteries in the controller and left them in.... what a mess. I think the battery wires which have fallen off due to the acid may be resoldered on and hopefully it will work. Can you help me in anyway? Thanks for your time Dennis

Hi Dennis,

Sorry, I don't have the instructions either. I wouldn't fly with that old radio though. What is it that you need to know?
