Maybe look at gear mesh and adjust. Mine ran a little hot when I first got it and once I adjusted mesh, temps went down significantly. I now have probably ~80 flights and it runs strong.

My first 130X (day it was released), I had them fix the tail vib. My second one (spare 130), I din't even bother. Fix is all over the net. Few minutes of my time, & it's all good. |

I don't own the new BL mCPX, but the 130X is great trainer if you plan to move up. It flies very stable and precise. 130X -> 300X -> 500X or 550. They fly "light". |

Unfortunately he used a phrase that means Non-existant, nothing, not happening. Based on the rest of his post, he must have meant, HH's support is the best. |

Hey guys, I spent the other day on this thread getting help from you nice people because my 130X wants to flip itself over at take-off. (Just to remind you, it also shakes like a junky after it's in the air) I did switch the tail blades, but the issue still exists. So I'm thinking about biting the bullet and getting a Spektrum (DX6i) so I can expect to get some support. (I'm running Deviation on an 8s) I really do want to be able to fly this helicopter, so what do you think? HH wanted to go through the settings on my transmitter - but I couldn't because obviously - it's not a Spektrum. But how about the aluminum mods? I don't know how they look at replacing the plastic parts with aluminum if they're not theirs. Anyone have experience with this? Or have any opinions or suggestions? I have a feeling that I have a bad board.
Thank you! |

So if you post your issues, you'll most likely get answers to your question. |

I think HF refers to (say it quietly) Heli Freaks forum, which has a comprehensive 130X section with the luxury of having more than one thread per helicopter model, so you can find specific topics far more easily. Very helpful there too.

This bird fly like the BIG rc heli on the market, only the experienced pilot like me can tell that, since this bird came out we all known that the tail vibes is the issue and its there in the manual even those big helis have vibes also but a pilot can antisipated that issue. i just stick a clear tape on the tip of the other tail blade and the problem solved. yes in start up to lift you notice the vibes coz the TT is flimzy you have to know that a CF TT is now on the market dude and soon the metal C and D gear will be avail worldwide.

Take off your main and tail blade and spool up see if there are any vibes. Also verify every moving part is bind free. To fully check the tail you have to disconnect the tail slider. Make sure your main gear is not pulling the b gear downward, if it is slip the main gear downward more. |

But on a different note, I went ahead and bought a DX6i for my 300x so I could use the recommended settings. (Maybe it also had something to do with what you were saying about safety too. ) But I just want everything to be right on that helicopter. And I don't want to confuse that cool receiver in any way. But I'm still going to fly my 130X on the 8s. The new settings seem to work really well. Thanks again! |

Hey I got a 130 x and it has intermittently pulls to the left(mostly on take off) and the it will pull to the right. I called customer service and they sent me a new servo which seemed to fix it now it's doing it again after only a few flights. It does this about half the time with no consistancey.......any help would be awesome!
