Right now I'm finishing up the upgrades to my son's Harbor Tug. It will have a gear reduction unit, new and bigger prop, new prop shaft and stuffing box, a 6 volt 12 amp battey and a 2.4 ghz radio.

Yes, we are going to have some great weather today. On top of it there is going to be a Scotish festival going on in the park.

I like the Slo-Mo! My preference was the earlier years, but any of the 4 are great!

Well heres how the regatta went for me. Managed to get up and on the road after about 4 hrs sleep @ 9:30am Sat ,was intercepted by a chance to see my daughter and grand daughter, (see picture)so got to the regatta around 11:30. Weather BEAUTIFUL, venue awesome, boats outstanding and great conversation with friends plentiful. :-) Karl made it all the way from NY with a trunk full of hulls to drool over. After checking out all the models, talkingboat stuff, and watching some boats do their thing on the lake, set down with Karl, Greenboat(Phil) and Phils son for a late lunch. Phil, Longbike(Jeff) stayed late for the night run. After comming home to a sick dog, I didnt make it to the regatta today. Karl probably wasnt feeling so good this morning, he,he, I hope he made it back to NY OK.

I've got the pics but I need to find time to upload them. I'm at work right now and the little one has scouts tonight where he is building rockets.
