Trent class RLNI ship

Some years ago, I builded RLNI ship Frederick Storey Cockburn, what is Trent class ship. This beauty was excellent regata ship, but I received great offer and ship was sold. Now, I am making new one, I have not name for it right now. So just Trent class. New ship is builded with help of RLNI drawings, and drawings of one manufacturer. Hull, of course, is fiberglass epoxy from my production. Trent will be all fiberflass ship, where will be just minimum of the wood, or not wood at all. All details are resin, home made.In the old ship, was installed two Speed 700 motors, but was not powerfull as real full size ship, so I will use now brushless motors.

And everything was started again with epoxy fiberglass hull. I started build superstructure too, material is again fiberglass.Superstructure was builded in the different HOTELS and appartments, on my business trips. So everty part must fit to suitcase, or overhead been in the aircraft, ans final assembly was made home.

I was an instant fan of the Tamar Class boats.

How do you work the fiberglass panels while traveling?
Just a hobby knife?

Next weekend will this superstructure fly home ;-) .Third time back and forward. Finaly will start work on hull and fitting superstructure. Today, hull is made, installed mechanical parts, and half of the deck. Hopefuly, when I will fly back to work, everything will be sprayed by putty and ready for final paint. Still is missing a lot of details. But I am working hard every day ;-) Today I finished some details for Bernhard Gruben and two more ships.Weather was great, tomorrow is working day, flyght to Emirates and back.
