Help!

thrust tube


hello guys

im building a phase3 f16.im using the stock setup but to get the c/g right iv got to push the fan back about 3inc than the normal.place will this make any difference to the speed as the thrust tube will be shorter..

The difference is almost to small to measure...but it will actually increase the thrust. The longer the TT, the more drag inside the tube.

The plastic nozzle exit is right at 2inch diameter so figure the dist from the edge of fan plus a 1/4in offset for tape. here's a link if you don't already have it.
