Andrew and his crew are such cool guys!! I wish them the best in their DS adventure and am super stoked they were able to stop by, and really honored that Andrew took the trouble to video my presentation. Really kind of him!!

Anyways I expect great things from my South African brethren, you guys have plenty of talent and a great vibe, how could the result be anything less than spectacular?

Steve's video got me inspired, and I started sanding down the plug!
She's nice and smooth with all the pinholes filled.
Two finishing coats to go...
Having a day time job sucks!
And,
Contending with my wife whilst spraying in the garage is not for the faint hearted either!
(She still reminds me about the couple of dust coats I gave her car!)

Spent some time with Graham this morning to sort out the wing lay-ups!
Just waiting for me now.....

Remember, if you build them light enough, they're almost always strong enough

Yeah Right!

I sprayed another primer coat as the surface was not as good during daylight hours...
Then more sanding!
Contrary to popular belief....
I hate sanding!

Guys,

Sanding is the true exercise of someone who as reached a higher state of perfection...
The only problem with sanding is; as the grit numbers increase, patience decreases...
Use the force and balance the sanding mantra!

Hope to have improved your relationship with the sanding paradigm...

If my premonition proves me right, that dog will be black or blue in a few weeks...

J that fish logo is great, why not make it part of the final paint concept?
