For paralleling two Lipos you need the two reds, +ive connected together, and then the two blacks, -ive connected together. Depending on what connectors you have used, it could mean a simple connector, (see my picture using 4mm connectors), or possibly a small harness with connectors on.
If using a separate battery for the Rx and servos, (nimh, or even a separate BEC), then the BEC on the ESC, (if it has one), should be disabled, (simply remove the red +ive center connector).
Warning: Whether doing parallel, or series, Lipos, take great care when connecting them up. Mark the connectors so that there is minimum risk of shorting out a Lipo.
