3d hobby shop 41 edge or 42 slick

Looking for a new plane and I'm torn. But have not flown any 3d hobby shop planes, looking for pros and cons of both

The Slick is way better. Much more stable.

Both are really stable and fly great you will not be disappointed with either.... Is it your first balsa? If so, go for the 41" edge, much more durable I have both

No I have been flying for the last 14 years mostly nitro tired of the mess and need a smaller plane to fit in the car with a kid. My current hanger is beast 3d, hypertaxi, seagull Xray, .60 p51 with a .90 2 stroke, and a trex 450. Looking to retire the Xray as its getting alittle old. I can 3d both the Xray and beast but no means a pro. Really wanting something that is small that flies big like the beast

Yep, that is an absolutely perfect description imo.

dont let the word fragile scare you in the description of the slick. The only repair i had to make after this was repairing the cf gear.

here is another from when i was learning to harrier. all i had to do this time was flip the plane over and take off again. Dont let the rocking of the slick in this video make u think the slick rocks.... it was ALL pilot.

looks like the slick it wil be. I got to see one up close and it looks bigger then it really is, I like the 3d stuff just not so much in to the plane looking like its having a seizure and bouncing all round (had the same issue with helis). I like much more of a airshow style flight with long stretches from one end to another with my vertical stuff center of the runway, lets say more graceful looking routine

looks like a good choice. The slick will be great for that type of flying. It would also be great at looking like its having a seizure.
