Hello,

8x4 propellers.
Flip speed was about 700/s on this video, next time I'll push to 1000/s.

You need a lot of expo

Thomas.

Hello all,

Just started reading.. some of the post.. about the protective covers..

there is many option to fix this ..

here i is the thing i like to do ..

1. use 90deg headers.. ( have on my site :-) ) hint hint.. ( but for this frame they are to big even..

2. I use servo leads instead of headers.. doing that you can fit it inside the frame.

Saturday night I'll try and build one up so you can see..

I think I will also put the battery tray on top instead of bottom.. I always like battery on top..

Mine arrived today, thanks Luis! I was expecting to spend some time assembling, but I was pleasantly surprised to find it mostly assembled already The first photo shows how it looked out of the box. A few minutes later I had the rest bolted together (second pic). Frame weight is 10.0 oz./ 285 grams. The 3rd pic is a size comparison with the BlueSkyRC sport quad and hexa. The 400mm Hunter is a nice, compact size Now comes the waiting game for the gear to get here.

Hello,

About the kit being assembled, I just didn't had loctite on the screws retaining the landing gear ... almost lost rear one in flight ;-)

Luis service has been great !!!

I don't understand why you want to "cover" electronics, there is nothing to protect:

It's just a box and 2 spektrum satellites ...

Above all, this thing is so much more fun than a quad, and much easier than a tri, I really like it. I still need to work a bit on the yaw behavior though, but for a first pack, could have been worse

Thomas.

[EDIT] Can't wait to see what Dario can do with this
