Does this land+air combo toy violate FCC regulations?
I just came across this toy being sold at many stores. With a flip of a switch, you can launch the RC plane from the back of the RC truck and control it with the same control device used for the truck. I've seen this set sold with 27MHz and with 49MHz Tx/Rx.
Has anyone taken a close look at this and determined whether or not this violates the FCC rules? I that land vehicles operate on a different frequency than air vehicles? Perhaps my understanding was incorrect?
: Oops! It might help if I posted a link to the toy. My bad.
Here is the link to the toy as sold on Amazon.com.
