RZ-300 C gearbox 9x6 APC E prop - or 10x6 GWS HD prop... 3S1P 1200ET should pull 11A on the bench at sea level... Worked great for me at SEFF.
RZ-300 D gearbox 10x6 APC E Prop or 3blade 9x7 prop from hobby lobby / flying styro... Again - worked well at SEFF. Just under 11.5A on the bench... oh yeah... 3S1P 1200ET I'd bet you could swing the 11" HD prop on this setup.... but torque would be huge...
My preference is the C gearing and smaller 9x6 prop - I'd love to try the GWS 9x5HD prop there as well... The 3 blade prop just looks too cool on there and the 3 blade GWS spinner flows with the cowl very nicely. Vertical is pretty much a non-issue with both setups... You'll have plenty
Hope this helps.
