If you read this thread you will find that is normal ops for Banggood. You must have patience with them if you want the deals they offer. They do split orders to get parts out sooner sometimes. I've had to wait up to 6 weeks for some of my couple dozen orders from them when I started buying stuff from them since last July. All the stuff arrived in good shape. Sometimes it sat in NYC customs for over a week too which adds to the delays. Hope it all works out for you.

I just want to inform you that my ordered X4 arrived today in flawless condition - the extra foam wrapped original box survived the journey surprisingly well.

Thanks for the 10$ off due to the chaotic orders this bird caused at banggood.
It took 32 days shipping time but it was absolute worth it!

Does Banggood.com still have technical problems ?


There is a DNS-Server Problem if accessing banggood.com from Germany.
I often get "ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED".
(I tested several Nameserver of different providers)
It looks like banggood still have technical problems.

Can anybody confirm this problem ?

Aaron,

I know we can not expect express delivery with free shipping but this time it has gone terrible.

Placed order on 29th September (order #119105)
Order shipped on 10th October

Tracking never showed up
I contacted customer service, they said the parcel has been returned due to strict checking at China Post. They said they will resend the parcel with HK post and provided me the same old tracking code, which isn't working at all.

I tried to contact them again for the tracking number, they keep repeating same thing - "you will receive it in 8-15 days, sometimes it can take upto 28 days. if you still don't receive by then, contact us".

Please do something. It does not look like that my parcel has been resent.

Hey,I check it just now,the parcel really has been returned due to strict checking at China Post,since the package including the batteries.Now,the package has been reshipped out10/28/2012,I believe you will receive it soon,sorry for the trouble caused.

@nick601: No. It uses the FlySky protocol. Not DSM2.
