Will any of the towplanes have a Velcro release? (no joke!) I have a full scale, erm, Gentle Lady, for when the scale guys are having lunch.

We stopped pre-registration due to low participation.

I can tow you with my electric telemaster at Baylands, or Dartmouth,if it is allowed.

During the main event at Los Banos, only scale plane will be allowed, per Lynsel.

No worries. I still have the ASK-21, and got it's nose glued back on (don't ask). I just need to fix the battery and charger problem, and I'm golden. Even without a decent battery, I can fly it as-is, without the SLS pod.

A few weeks back while paying for parking at the monthly aero tow, I asked one of the Park Aids if he was ready for the Scale Event. Long story short, he nor anyone else working that day, have ever even heard of the Los Banos Scale Event. I gave him a brief idea of what was coming up.

You gotta feel for the State Park staff who are not even informed by management of such an event at their work place. I hope they are not too surprised.
