Could this be possible, 2 dsm2 receivers bound on 1 transmitter at same time

I have a friend who has a Dx6i which is bound to two receivers on two different airplanes and both will link with transmitter at same time and all functions operate on both planes at same time. Should this be possible

Dx6i has model match feature. You need to bind Rxs to separate model memories to utilize this. Nothing prevents you from binding multiple planes to a single memory slot but unless the planes have identical servo set ups, trims, etc, this will lead to a catastrophe.

Either a catastrophe, or some intentional fun

It is possible and could be used to avoid a wiring nightmare on a twin or multi engine. You could run a battery on each to power them individually.

As far as binding two separate planes on the same model in your tx memory and then flying them. Please use two video cameras(one aimed at each plane) and post the outcome on youtube, I gotta see it!

Yeah, that is cool but a couple of nitro trainers would be better in an outdoor environment!

Unless they can basically fly themselves (like the Vapor can) it won't end well

If you search YouTube, there is a guy that flys 5 mcx heli's off of 1 tx. You can see the differences in motor power. 1 is almost to the ceiling and1 is just a foot or so off the ground.
