What do you guys have the NAZA voltage monitor settings to on a 4s battery


Just curious what I should set my voltage monitor to.
I made another thread and in the battery section and someone suggested to make the no load voltage at 14.8 and the loaded voltage to 12.8 which would equal a .5v loss.

I don't remember what my settings are but they are too high.
I hovered for just over 6 minutes until the light flashed red and landed.
I only used 2316mah so I need to lower the warning voltage.

I have a 4.6 pound loaded Flame Wheel F550 with a Turnigy Nano-Tech 4500 battery.

Just curious what your guy's settings are.

my battery was only discharged by 40%

The best way to gage your discharge is to time the flight and then check how much you put back into the lipo. I start at 5 min. and adjust from there. I run 3.3v/cell and put back about 80% on charging. Your lipos and experience may vary. I fly 8:30 on 4S 4000mAh lipos in my F550 hexa. You have to test and set a timer on top of the battery monitor in the Naza software.

I have mine set to 14.8 no load and 14.2 loaded on the first protection.
Second is 12.0 no load and 13.4 loaded.
I have my DX8 set to vibe at 14.1

It used to be ok and the battery would take 80% but now all the batteries are only taking about 58% then they're fully charged and showing 4.18 to 4.2 per cell.

When the used batteries cool down all the cells are 3.71 to 3.72.

I'm getting about only 6 minutes on my F550 with the 4500 4s.
Weight is 6 pounds.

Is there a reason why these settings used to use 80%, but now they're not ?
Can I lower the voltages and fly longer.
What is the minimum loaded voltage a cell should be run down to ?

My guess is that it is your lipos.
