Can I replace stock servo (DS76) w a tail servo (DS76T)? Looks same except for side clips.. (Servo was sticking today, almost lost my baby in mid air)

Cyclics all need to match. Personally, I would replace all 3 with something better. I replaced the S75s in my B400 with Hitec MG servos after a "mystery" crash (reads: cyclic servo took a dump in flight). That was over 100 flights ago.

I am not picky, on Hitecs, I think Tower has decent prices, if you join their "Super Saver" club, they send e-mails with codes for bracket discounts. It costs $10/year to join but you also get free shipping on any order. I am not trying to pitch Tower but I like that program.

If you watch the heli section here, you can get a Futaba 520 or 401 gyro very reasonable.

Cool, if I only want to replace the plastic gears in my servo, fiend told me you could get those for less than $5 which is a lot cheaper than forking out $20+ for new servo. Do you know of supplied/retailer for DS76 gears?

Your LHS should be able to order the item for you to avoid shipping fees which is probably more than the gears.

It is a tiny bit smaller than the DS76, so it will be perfect, also it's much tougher. You shouldn't have any problems with it.
