Good customer service from Nitro
Purchased a plane....Nitro shipped it on time....UPS lost it.
After the standard UPS missing pkg. investigation was closed.....Nitro promptly refunded my money. They also had very quick response to all my inquires concerning this matter....never left me hanging. Thanks Nitro! |

I also agree they have great planes and great service. They have always fixed any problem I have had which is not many. I will have to count how many planes I have from Nitro. I have about 30 and at least 1/2 is from Nitro and maybe more.
