Looks pretty good. Of course they got the pilot wrong......again.

I'm sure the price point will be good also.

I like dynam planes but they use weak powertrains and it is the only turn off for me... I got a great improved powered T-28 and soon 3 times more powered spitfire but my Ultrafly 190 is sweet using a 350 watt hacker so maybe this plane will calm high power bug in me

That is awesome. I love dynam planes. They have their quirks, but for the price they are just about unbeatable. Good on them for bringing out the FW.

It is interesting that they have gone for a 4 cell setup with the FW, rather than the usual 3 cell.

I hope that they keep on bringing out warbirds and give FMS and parkzone a bit to think about.

I don't think I'd call the Dynam powertrains 'weak'. maybe mild is a good word.
My P51 pulls 300W stock on 3S 30c, weighs 1150g (2.5 lb). That's 120W per lb and will easily loop from level flight. If you want more grunt just up the ESC to 45A and use 4S.

Note the FW-190 weighs 350g more than the P-51, that's a 25% weight increase so it's a good thing it is stock 4S. Extra 7cm wingspan too.

Hey, another FW-190; that's good news.

I wonder why they didn't just make it a "D" model though, the nose is way too long for an "A". Actually, there's quite a lot of deviation from scale, which is a shame, because it looks pretty nice ignoring that. Has lots of molded-in detail and a nice (if unoriginal) trim scheme. If the quality is there, it might be a nice alternative to the Flyzone FW-190 that's about the same size.

No problem upping the ESC but can the motor take 4S without changing the prop?

Anyone have a pic of the spitfire motor? I think it is the same as the new Sbach and not the same as the trojan

Well that is a good point, and it is not a bad thing by any stretch, as most people with the Dynam Spits and P51 are running them on 4 cell anyway.

I wish I would had waited. I already got flyzones FW190 witch is a great flyer but has retract issues, plus knowing Dynam the price will be better.

Yep that is always the way isn't it. As soon as you buy something, you always find out just afterwards that there is something just as good or better for less than what you paid. Oh well, knowing dynams usually low prices, it is not going to be a huge stretch to get the dynam one as well.

I still cant believe the pilot they put in there. They went from Terrance and Phillip in the other warbirds, to Andre the Giant. Surely it can't be that hard sourcing a scale pilot?
