Looking for locations to sloap in / Near Rochester NY

Is anyone out there familiar with Western NY? I'm in Rochester, which is more or less flat. Are there any good places for sloaping near by? I recently got a Zagi and would like to try my hand at gliding a bit. I've managed to catch a few breezes on the sides of these little bumps they call hills around here, but nothing really worth mentioning. Best duration so far is about 25 minutes, when the wind was just right.

It may be too much of a drive for you but we have an excellent site at Sterling (about five miles beyond Fair Haven). I can give you more specfic directions if you e-mail me. We need NW to WNW winds to fly there. Landing zone is tall weeds (perfect).

Yes, you are in luck. I lived in Rochester for about two years and would slope fly off a great hill located in north Farmington. This hill is also used for full-scale hang glider flying. Awesome lift can be found at this hill with a westerly wind above 10 knots. One hour flights are no problem.
