Crazy glue, super glue--it's all cyanoacrylate, which is where they get 'CA' from:

That sounds like a great idea. I was also thinking liquid electrical tape but doubt it would be as strong. Lard4Hire |

I have to say the ladybird is a pretty incredible piece of tech. Its easy to replace or repair so many of the parts and we keep doing it. However, this quad will fly even completely screwed up.
I tried a bit of a test..... keep repairing, not replacing parts to see how long it will keep flying. The props have been re-bent repeatedly, the frame has way more zip ties than should be healthy. No two props are facing the same direction. They are all twisted different directions. Not only are the motor mounts twisted the arms are angled. Nothing on this quad is square. Yet it flies and is still just as controllable for basic hovering and moving around. My skills don't allow 3D movement so I can't speak to that. But overall I'm impressed! |

LB V1 Devo 7E
I will get to work fixing and strengthening my LB!
In the meantime, when flying normal it's in a regular mode, ie: no flipping. I am using a Devo 7E with it (very new to this tx) and was wondering how I switch to stunt mode to do flips? I know the 2 shoulder switches on the tx are hold (used to disable throttle) and fmod. Is the fmod to switch to stunt mode? Excuse my ignorance, quite a learning curve for me on this tx. I am still very lost when it comes to changing throttle curves, etc. Lard4Hire |

hahhaaa... That thing is a wreck! You know frames are like $4. right? hahaha
Would be better off building a new frame out of balsa or something. |

I've got plenty of spare parts and it looks like new today. I just wanted to see how screwed up it could be and still fly level.

Walkera Qr Ladybird FPV with Devo F4
Hi Guys
I bought the new Ladybird with FPV system. I loved the V1 Ladybird... : ) I must buy the new version. The FPV Ladybird is same the old version, very stabile. 3 axis gyro work's good. I can be easy to fly. The LCD screen resolution is good, camera resolution is good. So it's very good game, big feeling... : ) I bought from this shop in EU, Flyingmodels.eu (maybe it's good news for european walkera funs) http://www.flyingmodels.eu/rc_quadco...vo_f4_rtf.html I made some test video... indoor:

I did the same-thing last summer with my v.1, but used hot-glue, CA, and a wedge or 2 to curve my RX board to get it to bind properly. It was somewhat in a proper X shape kinda, but a bump would un-bind her so extra care was needed when flying. I kept gluing wedging and flying it like that for a couple of months, she's one tuff impressive bug. |

I'm having much better luck with the second one. The fpv thing is harder than it would seem! Rafa |
