Just got five of these in from HK:

I like'em! They seem to have a little more punch. Could be imagining things but I think they do. Stock packs weighed 7.9g's, these weighed in at 8g's even.

$3.00 a pop!

Someone told me to practice until I get the "thumb memory" but my brain always forget what to tell to my thumbs...

My big impression on L/B V1 is it goes to place you want it to go. No fighting to keep it level .Its quick/ agile/fast or tame as you want it. You fly it and it doesn't fly you. Best little Quad you can buy in this size. Nano tech 260ma batteries just more icing on the cake. To not have one because of a few more $$ is a shame.
The V2 is not the same, but does unfly the clones. Little quad is user friendly and just loves to fly. One of nicest RC birds available.

260mah 35C= around 8 A current,
very much enough for the small quad.
even 4A should be enough

Cheap Clone Frame

I want to let you know that Vitality H36 Frame can be used as a real 1:1 replacement frame for QR LadyBird.
Get it here : http://www.banggood.com/Wholesale-Vi...7-p-52472.html

I use it on my v939 Hybrid (https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/show...&postcount=761),
but having the same sizes it will fit the QR Ladybird

(Make your own LB hybrid using my settings but changing v939 PCB to the LB v2 PCB : http://www.banggood.com/Wholesale-Wa...2-p-49400.html
Haven't done it myself as I don't have any DEVO tx)

This is a cheaper ($1.20) alternative to the original QR Frame ($2.79)

Get Airborne
Mystman, thanks for the frame tips.

I also ordered these propellers http://www.banggood.com/Wholesale-Vi...t-p-53313.html half the price compared to OEM LB props, and I like yellow colored props.

Switching navigation light

Its now wintertime in Sweden and the evenings after work is dark.
Would like to have switchable navigating LEDs for wisibility in the dark.

The LB V1 board have two 3 pin sockets.
(1) "Electric Voltage Output in level"
(2) "AUX 2"

As I understand the (2) "AUX 2" should be remote switchable from the transmitter (Devo 7E).

Can you help me with information how to connect (which pin), and how much current is possible to use direct from the pins?

Would someone mind telling me which motor goes into which socket on the control board? I was adding some boom led's and thought I kept it laid out, but I think something isn't right because now after binding the light just flashes red and won't spin up like something is wrong. Thinking maybe I switched two cables.

I took a photo and made some notes here:

Haha. Checked everything had it wired right. Guess I should have checked the lipo first. Apparently I put a used lipo in my box of fully charged lipo's.
