I would not want to relive the fun I had replacing motors on the UFO 5# or 8#. At least the MQx makes it easy to do.

+1
That's why I'm sticking to Horizon products from now on even though this thing looks nice.
I never enjoyed repairing Walkera products. Horizon stuff = plug and play.

Changing motor will be easy. Just snip the motor wires and solder togeather with new wires. Then push the motor in the holder. Heck with the #8 sometimes I just twisted the wires togeather and they all flew fine.
Wonder why they call a Lady Bug a lady Bird.

Yeah, your probably right with this one.
I'm just trying to talk myself out of it because my wallet can't keep up with all the new stuff that has and will be coming out..
I've got my hopes on a larger brushless MQX with NAZA type or better features.

Those are coreless motors, same tail motor used on the 120sr same main motor used on the genius cp, also they are using direct drive prop on a coreless motor that uses bushings not bearings on a 1mm shaft??

Those are definatly not brushless inrunners

But I'll take 2 please

Well not really

Walkera needs to refine products they have like the gcp, mcp and d02s not throwing more junk out there..

They almost had a winner with the gcp but rather refine it they built another unrefined junk..

Best of luck walkera

walkera and eflite? are big enemies hehehe. so do not expect anything from walkera to make anything that can use even a tinest part from any eflite stuff.

I think you mean BNF to DEVO only radios. I highly doubt this will be wk (e.g. 2801 pro) compatible.

So you're saying the genius and mini cp are junk? No way. They have issues with the servos but we got mods for that now. The genius is fun to fly, and the mini is even more fun. I know they pi$$ed you off, and boatloads of other people, but common this is Walkera. You knew the score when you bought in.

Now come back, come baaaaaaaaaaaaaaack (haunting whisper).

p.s. we miss you dude

p.s.s. you can find us in the genius and mini cp threads

The background music is more consistent with an angry hawk rather than a leisurely labybird.
