Fairmount Sherpa


Just finished digital drawings and program for milling.New model of Fairmount Sherpa, model for mold will be CNC milled. Hull in scale 1:50, will be epoxy fiberglass. My next project ;-) Hulls and drawings will be for sale in few months

Material of the plug will be not expanded blue polystyren, what is high density foam. Over this will go fiberglass, spreying putty and paint. Polished. Of curs, all details will be moulded in, as always on my hulls. ;-)

I do not have web page, but if you want list of my hulls, mail me on [email protected]. Fairmount Sherpa is not listed, because mold is not finished. Need some month

You're doing some really great work on these kits, I'm impressed!

Between the hull masters that you're making and the models like the Bernhard that you're building, when do you have time to eat and sleep...?

Capntroy: It is not just Bernhard Gruben and Fairmount Sherpa. I have right now in progress 12 different ships ;-) I have time to sleep,my biggest problem is, I am home just 10 days from month, 20 days I am 3000 km out from my house, at work.So small parts, superstructures ... I am building in hotels. Big parts, home ;-)

Exactly. When I am at work, for 20 days, I am just working on the Boeings and my models. ;-) And sleeping

Impressive list the "DDG 81 Winston Churchill 210 cm" is flight 2??? if i remember .. Love the name for a US navy vessel If or when i am about to make a DDG it got to be the DDG 81. witch scale is it in?? and how detailed drawings do you supply ???
