Building GP Reactor 3D, Power question.
Hey All, setting up a Reactor 3D and have a question. In the review the builder used an ESC, and a BEC, plus a servo synchronizer. Is all that really necessary? I build and fly electric Heli's and only use an ESC, such and the Castle Ice and no BEC.
I plan on using a Castle Ice 75amp ESC with a built in BEC, Rimfire .55 motor, and 6s 5000amp batteries. The plans say use two 3s 3200s hooked in series. Rimfire site says you can use 6s batteries. What advantage is their to using 2 batteries?
I'm new at this electric airplane thing, so bear with me.
