Thanks for kind words.
First question is really easy....white ABS sheet plastic...used 1 mm thick in the beginning and ended with .5 mm thick to get less weight for the frame.
Good source would be really useful for me too.. Im in Spain and here almost all ABS available is in grain format...only was able to find one retailer for sheets and got the little supplies you can see in the thread...thats why now Its stopped...waiting for a new source if possible not overseas.
So If You find that source please, please let me know..

waterproof test


After sanding...regluing and more sanding...a 6 hours underwater test to check if two halves seal properly.

Cause too busy repairing electric heater at home forgot so test was 18 hours instead...take it out and found an small leak..reglued and back to bucket...time to wait again...
